Eve as a child? {Las Vegas Children’s Photographer}

We’ve made several trips to Gilcrease Orchard this fall to pick pumpkins, apples and corn.  What fun for a three year old and couple of one year olds!  Of course, photog mommy can’t go without her camera.  In fact, this morning when we were there again, I asked my daughter if she wanted to get her picture taken in the row of apple trees.  Her response?  “I don’t like getting my picture taken!”  Poor mommy!  Nevertheless, here is my fav pic of her from the last time.  A friend said that maybe it’s what Eve looked like in the garden as a child.  Lol!

PS. I’m having trouble with the dullness of my photos when I put them on my blog – does anyone know why that might be?  On Facebook and my computer they look great but on this blog they lose their brightness and full color… bahh!

Brothers… {Las Vegas Children’s Photographer}

Sneak peaks from Mr. B and Mr. C’s session at Mount Charleston…

Mr. B was hamming it up with his mother’s sunglasses when I snapped this shot.   Then I realized it was a mother and son portrait!!  Gotta love it!

Mr. C sure knows how to bat those baby blues!

Cousins {Las Vegas Portrait Photographer}

We recently went “back east” (as they say) to attend my husband’s baby brother’s wedding.  Of course, what is a wedding without a mini family reunion thrown in?  We spent the week communing with siblings, prepping Friday’s rehearsal dinner (a French picnic!) and wrangling children.  One of my nephews has the most amazing red hair and an automatic smile at 9 months old – what more could a photographer ask for?  Wait!  A children’s photographer from Las Vegas LOVES the green background and awesome chairs found in an aunt’s backyard.

Those eyes!
That hair!

Las Vegas Portrait Photographer Business Headshots

A friend of mine asked me to take some pictures of him for a professional organization.  He wanted something architectural so we headed down to City Center on the strip.  I’d never been there before and was impressed!  Around every corner there is another impressive building (and another hoard of people!).  I know my friend felt like he was being followed by the paparazzi but we got some good shots!

Mini Sessions for the holidays! {Las Vegas Family Photographer}

Announced on facebook yesterday: I am offering a Holiday Mini Session on October 23 at Floyd Lamb Park.  If you would like a new family photo for your Christmas cards or to hang on the wall but don’t have the time or need for a full session, this is for you!  For only $45 you get 1/2 hour with moi AND one full-resolution digital negative with printing rights.  Now that’s a steal of a deal!  But it keeps going… any other images from the shoot will be available for 10% off my digital negative or print prices (note: new prices will be in effect).

Call me at 202-4928 or email me at roaming-reflections@usa.net to book your mini session.  I still have slots open between 2pm and 4:30pm.  I’m also thinking about hosting a day of mini sessions in November at another great Vegas location.
